What does "Us" mean to you? 

 P.S.  Merry Christmas to everyone, it's a season where we can Thank the Lord, and thank God for his Love, but Jesus came on this earth for one main purpose, so i thank God for sending his only son to die on the cross for you and I. Merry Christmas

Genesis 1:26 us! It means more than one person! TRINITY , FATHER, SON, HOLY GHOST, 3 BEAR RECORD IN HEAVEN 3 ARE ONE , ( ONE IN UNITY, AND PURPOSE).

Okay, my first thought when you said "us" was like, me, you, them...you know...us...a relationship between more than one person.

But then I saw Derick's post, and I thought...oh...maybe he meant something Biblical! haha

When God mentioned "Us" and "We" in the Old Testament, He was using the "magestic plural", also known as the "royal we." Magestic plural is used when one person refers to himself or herself as powerful, mighty, or in a position such as...God... *hint hint*, King, Queen, etc etc.

once again that is not what us means, us means more than two people. God said let us. He wasn't talking to Himself or to the Angels, God the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost were talking. .  Remember when Steven was being Stoned. Steven saw Jesus standing of the right hand of God. (Acts 7: 56).

Okay- John 12:49- For i have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what i should say, and what i should speak.   50-And i know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsover i speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so i speak.

John 20:21- Then said Jesus to them again, peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send i you

All the words that are bolded, they are small words, words you use in elementry school. They are not big so everyone could easly understand them. If you want some more trinity verses.... well just open your Bible and look... There everywhere! Happy new year

Genesis1:26, And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over .....

Gen 1;27. So God created them in his own image, (not in the image of angels )in the image of God( Elohim Plural) created he him; male and female created he them. once again, learn what Elohim and plural means.

John 14:23, Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

what does WE mean?

Proverbs 30:4. Who hat ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gatered the win in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what his son's name, if thou canst tell?  

Tell me what is Jesus' Son's name? Because I never read in the Word of God that Jesus had a son. But if it is Jesus only, then please tell me who is Jesus' Son?

The Bible may not say Trinity. But it sure does teach it. The Bible may not say Rapture either,(Latin word, for Harpazeo) but it teaches it too.

I hope you eat of the Word of God daily because we all need the Word of God.daily.

Jesus didn't teach he was God the Father either. Who was in Heaven while Jesus was on earth. Jesus didn't ascend up to heaven, and back, Read John20:17.,

once again, we must allow the Word ofGod be are final answer and it teaches Trinity. Just open up the Bible. Please answer my Proverbs 30:4 question who is Jesus' Son?

In isaiah it says satan is the son of the morning, but all thorughout the Bible it says Jesus is Gods Son, Let me tell you a verse, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosover believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

I don't think you really understand what im trying to say.

Jesus is God, scripture makes that very plain John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word(Jesus) and the Word(Jesus) was with God, and the Word(Jesus) was God. 

Trinitarians don't deny Jesus is God. If someone has told you that, then that is totally not right what they told you. And who ever told you that is way way off!

But Jesus is not God the Father, Jesus is God,the Son.

"For unto us a child is born unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderfuld, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace". Isaiah 9:6,  

 The everlasting Father  The Father or eternity; the Planner of the ages; and Father of all time (Heb.1:2). It does not mean that Jesus the Messiah is the one known as God, the Father, the first person of the Divine Trinity, for He is another person. 

Everlasting Father. He ( Jesus) not only would come to reaveal the heavenly Father(God,the Father) but he(Jesus) Himself would act toward His people eternally as a compassionate father who love guards, and supplies the needs of His children.

Proofs Jesus is not the Father(God,the Father)

The Father was in heaven all the time Jesus was on earth( Mt 5:16,48).

Christ now sits at the right hand of the Father

Jesus said He would confess men BEFORE MY FATHER, proving He is not the Father(GOd,the Father)(once again, these are not denying Jesus is God).(rev.3:5, Mt. 10:32)

Jesus always prayed to the Father as a separate person ( Mt.11:25, Jn.17)

Ther Father existedOUTSIDE the body of Jesus, so He could not be Jesus.(Mt. 2:22; 3:17; 17:5; Jn.12:27-30)

God was the Father of Jesus, not Jesus, Himself( Eph.1:3, 17; Eph.3:14)

In prarbles Jesus illustrates His relationship to the Father as that of seperate person( Mt.21:33-46; Jn. 15:1-8).

Others saw Jesus as a seperate person from the Father( Dan. 7:9-14; Acts 7:56)

So once again we don't deny Jesus is God.  (John 1:1)

Jesus was with God (John 1:2) we can clearly see 2 persons there in that verse.

So hopefully this will help you out a little.
